 Position: Trainee- Engineer

Qualification: IT Post Graduates of 2013 or 2014 or 2015(candidate should be IT Graduate) OR

                          IT Graduates of the year 2014 or before

 

Exp: Fresher

Location: Baner - Pune

 

Skills Required:

Very good programming skills in Java / C / C++/ .NET

Good Aptitude, analytical and problem solving skills are necessary

Very good communication skills

Experience combining analysis, design, development and implementation of object oriented (OO)concept based applications

Willingness to relocate to Pune.

Willing to learn new skills

 

Job Profile:
Selected candidates will be trained on niche technologies in IT Service Management Space (BMC Remedy ITSM / BMC BSM / BMC ESM, etc.) for 3 months and then work as consultants in the same space.

 

(BMC Remedy ITSM is suite of applications including BMC Remedy Service Desk. BMC Remedy is widely used in Fortune 500 organizations.BMC Software is a market leader in the ITSM space. Many of the BMC applications are built over BMC Remedy ARS development framework.)

 

BMC Remedy / BSM consultants and developers generally have faster career growth trajectory as compared to plain Java / C / .NET programmers.

Selection Procedure:

·         1^st round GD / Extempore

·         2^nd round – Aptitude, C, Java OR Aptitude, SQL, DotNet

·         Programming round

·         3rd HR Round

 

**** Each round is elimination round.

Requirement                                 : 40 requirements

Pay Package                                  : 12k – 15k per month

Please note that BE graduates of the year 2015 are not allowed. Also ENTC graduates are not allowed. We do NOT charge any amount from candidates or colleges or Venders.
