Hello Anjali madam,

 

As the new session is getting started we again want an opportunity to visit your campus at the earliest so that we can shortlist students for internship/ placement program as per the below model. Let me take this opportunity to introduce you to our company SQr Infotech Pvt Ltd. We are a Start-up based in Pune working on latest technologies in mobile, web, and e-commerce space. We have our customers located overseas and we also plan to make foray into Indian market with our own products.

Fair percentage of our resource pool constitute of fresher hired from colleges/training institutes. We provide internship in some cutting edge technologies e.g. iOS, Android, NodeJS, HTML5/CSS3/JavaScript etc.

 

Let me explain our Intern-ship cum Placement Program

 Selection Process

1. Written Test for 1 hour in colleges. (This may be not be conducted if candidate's resume shows awareness on skill set we are looking for)

2. Interview round for candidates who clears written test.

3. Candidates who clears above 2 rounds will join our Intern-ship/Placement Programme

 Internship model

 1) Internship/Training period for first 4 months (extensible upto 6 months). During internship stipend will be between 3000 to 8000 based on performance during interview and after joining based on how one performs during training period. We may join them at 8000 after interview but during training itself if we feel that he/she is doing good then his/her stipend can be revised .

2) On successful completion of internship they will be taken on payroll based on feedback. Once confirmed salary will be in range of 1.5 to 3.2 lakhs. This again will be based on how well the intern has performed during internship period.

Also even though the internship period is 4 months, but if one performs well, then they may be confirmed before 4 months and salary will start immediately on confirmation and he need not wait for 4 months to complete.

3) Individuals have to sign an agreement of 1 year starting day of joining (meaning internship period is also counted as part of agreement)
