Designation: Lead – Business Operations/ Trainee- Operations

Qualification & Experience: BSc/ MSc Computers/ MSc Tech, BCA, MCA, BSc/ MSc Statistics, BBA, MBA – Operations/ General Management with 0 to 3 years of experience

Requirements:

• Systemic thinking ability 
  
• Knowledge of statistical techniques to analysis and process complex data
• Knowledge of Excel programming or macro writing

 Responsibilities:

· Be an ambassador of myNalanda’s values, mission, and solutions

 Interview process: 

All candidates (local or outstation) need to go through 3 rounds of interviews. 

1. Telephonic round 
2. Test - For operation the test would be a offline test which they can do at their end. The test would be based on data analysis. For Sales, the test would be on sales pitch for a given topic. Local candidates can come to our office to present the sales pitch. The outstation candidates will have to present it through skype.
