Hello everybody,
I just shared on FeResPost web site a minor update of version 5.0.6. Version number is not modified to 5.0.7, but remains 5.0.6.
Main modifications are related to the binaries that are distributed : shared libraries are compiled with the "-static" option as I noticed problems with the Python libraries that seem difficult to fix by distributing shared libraries from my computer. Note however, that in the past, we have observed problems related to the management of exceptions when libraries are compiled with "-static" option.
Modifications of the source code are minor and regard essentially Samcef Results. This means that most user are not affected. A detailed description of source modifications is given in the PDF manual.
On the download page, the latest version is distributed by selecting "FeResPost 5.0.6b".
Note that if you experience difficulties with the binaries, you are invited to share your problems via FeResPost Google group.
