Greetings Fix-It Fair partners!

 

The February Fix-It Fair at Floyd Light Middle School was the most robust ever – with more community partners and resources, and more varieties of skills sharing and activities than ever before! We had a great turnout of about 500 attendees.

 

A huge thanks to each one of you for helping make it happen – onsite, at the school and the district, with getting the word out, and of course all the community partners who bring such valuable resources to Portland residents.

 

In the next few weeks we will send out workshop evaluations for the last fair and demographic data for all three fairs of the season. We truly value your input so we will also ask you to provide feedback and ideas through an online survey.

 

Special thanks to this season’s sponsors – Energy Trust of Oregon, Pacific Power, Portland Water Bureau, and Portland Bureau of Transportation. The fairs wouldn’t happen without your generous contributions!
