The completed application can be filed with the local registration office or mailed to the address printed on the form. Application for registration can be submitted using a Virginia Voter Registration Application form or a National Voter Registration Application form. Military and other persons residing outside of the United States should contact the Federal Voting Assistance Program for registration information.
Please note: The deadline to register to vote also applies to updating your voter registration address. Generally the deadline for registration is three weeks before a general election and shorter for special elections to fill vacancies. If your address change is not submitted to the office of the general registrar by the applicable deadline for the election in which you wish to vote, you may not be able to vote. Please notify the general registrar of address changes promptly.
Failure to complete the form properly could result in your registration being delayed or denied. Note that you must provide your Social Security number, if any, when applying to register to vote in Virginia. Therefore, if you do not provide your Social Security number, your application for voter registration will be denied. State and local voting officials will use your Social Security number as a unique identifier to insure that no person is registered in more than one place. Records containing your Social Security number will not be open to inspection by the public. Your Social Security number will appear on reports produced only for official use by voter registration and election officials, and for jury selection purposes by courts.

The partnership was successful and offered a model for future social media takeovers and partnerships between federal agencies and teams. Across the three @USAGov social media channels, we reached an audience of 36,000 people with about 2,000 engagements on the day-long takeover. We saw the largest reach and engagement on Instagram. It was an opportunity to create a vote.gov presence on the growing and visually-driven platform.
Even in an "off" election year, without a presidential or midterm election in 2023, the enthusiasm for voter registration was palpable. Several organizations and influencers from diverse backgrounds tagged vote.gov in their social media posts, encouraging people to visit us to get more registration information. This included U.S. senators, the secretary of the Department of Energy, sports teams like the NY Knicks and NY Rangers, the Chicago History Museum, actress Jennifer Lewis's gospel choir, and many more. We also saw particularly high engagement from messaging about the multilingual content on vote.gov, which is available in 17 languages.
I launched a new webinar on Teams and promoted the registration link. After a few hours around 20 people had registered. However, I then noticed that the option to "Manage the event" had disappeared and the registration link took me to -error.
In the image below you can see that there is no longer an option to manage the event. Perhaps this is a short-term issue with Teams. But I am not sure what to do as I have people who managed to register and it all seems to have stopped working!
I had a slightly nervous night, hoping that it was a glitch and that it was sonething on the Microsoft end that might resolve itself. In the morning I was much relieved to see that it was all working again.
Whether you're requesting feedback from your peers, starting a virtual sign-up sheet, or managing an RSVP list, form templates are the way to get personalized details from others. You can ask yes-or-no questions, set up a 5-star rating, ask multiple-choice questions, let the user type freely, and more to get the most detailed feedback you can.
You can use form templates to ask for feedback via surveys, sign-up sheets, registration information, and more. You can track anonymous responses using form templates or you can include a field where users can type in their identifying details.
If you're deciding between reactive or template-driven forms, the better choice depends upon what your needs are. Template-driven forms have basic requirements that make it easy for you to add to while being less scalable. Reactive forms are more robust and more scalable. While reactive forms are more complex to use, you can reuse the same form once you've customized it to your liking.
Local, state, and federal government websites often end in .gov. Commonwealth of Pennsylvania government websites and email systems use "pennsylvania.gov" or "pa.gov" at the end of the address. Before sharing sensitive or personal information, make sure you're on an official state website.

The address lists for these mailings are frequently created from outdated and often incorrect data with previous mailings resulting in voter registration applications and/or mail ballot request forms being sent to deceased persons, minor children, and even pets. Mailings have also been sent to voters already registered and/or voters who have already requested a mail ballot, which creates unnecessary confusion and concern.
These organizations are not affiliated in any way with the Brevard County Supervisor of Elections office. Voters with questions or concerns regarding these mailings are encouraged to reach out directly to VPC at 877-255-6750 or by visiting voterparticipation.org or the CVI at 866-290-1599 or by visiting centerforvoterinformation.org.
As far as I know, it's not possible yet to see information from Microsoft Teams registrations and attendance in HubSpot. The Microsoft Teams integration doesn't have any webinar functionalities and I'm not aware of any workarounds that would let you track registration or attendance the same way that, for example, the Zoom or GoToWebinar integration would.
