Public Transportation

Dear All,

Some of us from Forum to Improve Things are working on improving the
Public Transport especially to increase the number of buses.

Traffic can be reduced only when there are less number of cars on the
road. If we have to motivate car users to use buses, there has to be
last mile connectivity and good quality buses.

Please join the campaign by signing the change.org petition, by
tweeting the concerned authorities, by joining us when we meet
Government officers and Ministers.

Please share your thoughts on this.

Sir,

Thank you for the kind words. However, elections are a very serious
affair if we want to win. Needs serious commitment and support from
everyone who wants a change. Only then we should contest.

If everyone gave 2 hours over a weekend just once a month we can
demand what we need and can also get things done. However, all of us
are busy. When it comes to elections, people are busy thinking about
money, party, caste, religion etc. All we should be doing is
identifying the candidate who will work for the public good. We all
know it but somehow are being trapped each time.

My 2 cents.
