Manhole danger on Nizampet road

Dear Sir
There are open manholes on Nizampet main road near Rami Reddy chicken center/ZPH School. This was repaired thrice in the recent past and yet it breaks down each time.
During a rain there is heavy water flow over the drain and it is likely that someone could fall into it. I brought this to your notice on 25-Sep as the road is under Hyderabad Roads Development Corporation and you said GHMC will handle it. Yet, there is no action on such a grave issue. There have been multiple cases of people falling into manholes in the recent past and hence we urge you to act on this immediately.
Attached are pics of the situation on 22-Aug and the current situation.
