Dear all,

The fenix-framework project had two major changes lately that you may have interest in:
- We re-factored the framework to start using Maven instead of Ant, as the framework's build tool.
- We moved the source-code to a Git repository (more concretely to the well-known SCM service Github).
-- We also split the original repository into two repositories: one containing the examples, and the other containing only the framework's source-code.

You can now access both repositories at the following URL:
https://github.com/fenix-framework/

For the committers of the framework that do not have a Github account, please create one, and reply with your Github username so we can add you to the committers team.

The previous SVN repository endpoints are now obsolete, and are momentarily available for history purposes only:
https://fenix-ashes.ist.utl.pt/ksvn/trunk/fenix-framework/
https://fenix-ashes.ist.utl.pt/open/trunk/fenix-framework/

The artifact releases and snapshots are not available in Maven's Central Repository yet, so you must explicitly specify both our artifact and plugin repositories in the pom file of your fenix-framework maven project:
https://fenix-ashes.ist.utl.pt/nexus/content/repositories/fenix-ashes-maven-repository

You may discover how to use the plugin and configure the repositories if you generate a pre-configured sample application using our fenix-framework archetype and look into the automatically generated pom file and project structure. To enter the archetype-based project creation interactive mode, please execute the following maven command on your terminal:
mvn archetype:generate -DarchetypeGroupId=pt.ist -DarchetypeArtifactId=fenix-framework-archetype -DarchetypeVersion=1.0 -DarchetypeRepository=https://fenix-ashes.ist.utl.pt/nexus/content/repositories/fenix-framework-releases

Best regards,
David Martinho
