Hello guys,

I have installed fenics on MacOs through Anaconda and i am using it on Jupyter Notebook.
My code was running just "fine" when i tried changing one number in the expression for the initial conditions. If i alter the expression by changing any number, the file does not run anymore and i am reported with the error written above. I have checked whether cmake is among the installed packages, and it is, otherwise it wouldn't have worked until now.

Any ideas?

Thank you!

I have tried to implement some DBC on the same problems and the result is nothing. If I add a constant, the code is like frozen and gives the same plot, always, no matter if i changed. If I turn try to add an expression or to change the already existing expression, the initial conditions, the code does not run anymore.

I would really really really appreciate to receive some help. Maybe trying my code on another computer. I have already tried installing Fenics on some friends laptops, but since it's really a mouthful, we tend to give up before pasting the code.

Please let me know, thanks!

You FEniCS build is apparently broken. You could try getting in touch
on FEniCS Slack #installation channel. There might be some people
knowing how Anaconda binaries work and how to debug them.

Alternatively you can try to install FEniCS using a different,
supported method.

I have already tried with Docker, but it is honestly too demanding for what i need to do. Do you think that doing the installation again could solve the problem?

Yes, your installation is broken. CMake executable is not found at
runtime when needed. I have no idea how Anaconda build works, so I
can't help with that.
