State of Jupyter notebooks / collaboration chances

Dear FEniCS developers,

I am one the main developers of pyMOR, a Python library for model order reduction that uses FEniCS as a PDE Solver backend. We recently got a grant by DFG to improve pyMOR in the context of sustainable research software. As a first step we are now looking into making our demo scripts more accessible by transforming them into Jupyter Notebooks. Therefore I am very curious to learn what the current state of the "in preparation" notebooks referred to on the documentation landing page is. One of the topics I will tackle is embedding/streaming 3D visualizations into notebooks, another is parameterization and use of notebooks in CI. So I imagine there's some overlap and opportunities to collaborate, and maybe contribute something to that process from my side.
