FEniCS Q&A forum changes

The FEniCS Q&A forum has moved from https://fenicsproject.org/qa/ to a
new service at https://www.allanswered.com/community/s/fenics-project/.
The reason behind the move is the need to rationalise the services
that are directly maintained by the FEniCS Project. Where possible, we
are striving to move to hosted services to improve the quality of the
provision and to reduce the support burden.
The old Q&A forum will remain available in read-only format for the
foreseeable future.
