Using FEniCS with my own implementation of Discontinous Galerkin

I'm greatly impressed by FEniCS. It's a really great framework. But I've got a question:

       Is it possible to replace the implementation of Discontinous Galerkin method used in FEniCS by my own,

                 for example, just the Polynomial basis functions, or integral evaluation?
