Note about this pairing: I read in an interview somewhere that Stephanie Hsu and Sherry Cola (who played Kat and Lolo) felt like their prickliness was partly Kat and Lolo's repressed attraction to each other. I also like the idea that Kat & Lolo both have something the other might be envious of--Kat has mainstream success/money from her art, and Lolo has complete creative freedom.
