Since then I've done:
Hardcore Sweat - April 10
30 min with Thomas - April 12
Hardcore Sweat - April 14
Hardcore Sweat - April 19

Also, on the food front, doing good. Wanted to let you guys know if you're into Fage Greek Yogurt, there are two new and almost as good (nutrition-wise) options at HEB now. Yoplait has a Greek yogurt with fruit that's not overdone in sugar. about 2x as much as Fage, but with the fruit, you kind of expect that. My fav is the vanilla. Brown Cow also has one with or without fruit. Same protein, and the plain is only 10 calories more. Both of these are $1 to $1.25 cheaper EACH than Fage. What a bargain.

Also, check out this recipe....looks soooo yum! Grilled portabello mushrooms with artichoke hearts and spinach!

OK, so that's 6 points for what you posted, but I don't know if you've added that in already.
Make adjustments as necessary!

Fantastic recipe, and great tips about the yogurt. We've started getting Voskos brand, available at Sprouts. Virtually the same as Fage, nutritionally, and MUCH cheaper. Great similar consistency, too. (Fage with toasted coconut and almonds tastes like dessert!!)

Measurements are the first week of May, whenever people can get in.
And do you want 10 or 10:30 tomorrow? And 30 minutes? Are you sure you don't want 60??

we're scheduled tomorrow for 11. I can't do any earlier as someone is coming over around 10:30 to get a key. I can do an hour if you have 11-12 :)

These may be my last workouts before my trip, so thought I'd get it in
before I forgot. Gonna TRY to get to a workout tomorrow, but no
promises...you sufficiently kicked my arse this morning, so I may be
good to go :)

Friday - 2 mile walk in sand on the pristine beach of the Grand Cayman :)
Saturday - 5 miles of walking on the sand and shore
Sunday - 3 miles of walking on the sand, snorkeling
Monday - forget it....no more walking! my arches hurt! :)

missed my training workouts, but man, walking that much on the sand wears your legs OUT! :)
