1 hour physical therapy session (bike machine for shoulders 6 minutes
total, balanced on right foot with arms outstretched in front of my at
shoulder length and then opened up arms to the side and squeezed the
shoulder blades 20 total, lying downs shoulder shrugs 20 total)
30 minute walk, 20 walking lunges and 30 kickbacks
March 18: Physical Therapy - 1 pt
March 18: Home workout - 1 pt
March 21: Home workout (physical therapy workout, plus abs on the
ball, 25 lunges, 15 squats: I just bought a new jump rope and have not
used it yet BUT I SURELY WILL!! :))

Well when I am at my depth of my laziness I find that listening to
some good ole' tunes on a beauftiful sunny day with some un-motivated
friends will surely help to motivate the soul. I love to walk outside
and be blinded by the light and to feel the sun on my skin. I know it
may not seem like much to motivate someone but to me there's nothing
better than some sunshine and tunes to get the body jump started for a
great workout. If you find yourself unmotivated just call me and
together we will in the most un-motivating way take a walk, jog, or do
some lunges and sit-ups at the park, stay around long enough and we'll
make it to the pool and afterwards we will sip on some wine followed
by a gigantic glass of water. Motivated yet?
