I did an hour of physical therapy yesterday, will that count for some points?  We did the exercise bike for your shoulders, rows, arm extensions, and then exercise bike for shoulders again.

1 hour physical therapy session (bike machine for shoulders 6 minutes
total, balanced on right foot with arms outstretched in front of my at
shoulder length and then opened up arms to the side and squeezed the
shoulder blades 20 total, lying downs shoulder shrugs 20 total)

30 minute walk, 20 walking lunges and 30 kickbacks

March 16: Physical Therapy - 1 pt

March 18: Physical Therapy - 1 pt

March 18: Home workout - 1 pt

March 21: Home workout (physical therapy workout, plus abs on the
ball, 25 lunges, 15 squats: I just bought a new jump rope and have not
used it yet BUT I SURELY WILL!! :))

Completed portion control quiz...and I am a student....and that would
be why I am doing this......
Questions that stumped me: portion size of juice, I love juice and
know that I am not allowed to drink a lot of it so I was thinking less
was better, NOT TRUE!!
and the amount of dressing that goes on a that always stumps me and
ironically I don't use a lot of dressing on anything.. :)

What motivates me?

Well when I am at my depth of my laziness I find that listening to
some good ole' tunes on a beauftiful sunny day with some un-motivated
friends will surely help to motivate the soul. I love to walk outside
and be blinded by the light and to feel the sun on my skin. I know it
may not seem like much to motivate someone but to me there's nothing
better than some sunshine and tunes to get the body jump started for a
great workout. If you find yourself unmotivated just call me and
together we will in the most un-motivating way take a walk, jog, or do
some lunges and sit-ups at the park, stay around long enough and we'll
make it to the pool and afterwards we will sip on some wine followed
by a gigantic glass of water. Motivated yet?

90 minute brisk walk with brief jogging throughout
10 log hops, 15 half knee squats
3 push-ups and that is all i needed
100 sit-ups (different variations)
100 high knee jumps
50 walking lunges while briskly walking

Grabbed for plain almonds for snacking
Cut out apple juice in the mornings: per Amanda and D
Ate 1/2 sandwich for lunch and the remaining 1/2 for my 3pm snack:per

Still working on making breakfast for myself in the mornings and
prepping the meals for the week, we'll try harder next week

Workouts:

April 14th: Started back at P/T


April 16th:

50 Sumo Squats
50 (10 and 2 side lunges)
80 front kicks
80 sit-up with arms at different angles
50 walking lunges

warm down with yoga stretching

April 20: FANTASTIC workout with D

April 21: Physical Therapy for an hour

April 22 and 23: Prepped and maintained 5 meals per day, small
portions, high protein and lots of veggies and fruit for some
sweetness in life <3

I have started to drink protein shakes for breakfast and trying to
integrate one more protein shake into each day as well.
Also, I am ready to come back into the gym, since all my volunteer
work with the Swim Team has been completed!!
