Tomorrow, try to exercise 3 minutes for every hour that you are
awake.
So, if that's 12 hours, then that's 36 minutes. 18? That's 54. You do
the math.
There are a few rules:
The three minutes must be intense. Not just taking a little walk. It
should be hard. Hard enough to make you breathe hard.
Think outside the box. Try doing three minutes an hour, every hour,
all day long. Maybe do 6 minutes every two hours. Split it up however
it makes sense for your schedule. It may not suit your day to do 50+
minutes in one go. Get creative with it.
Take a look back through the homework for some exercise ideas. You
don't need equipment, but you can use it if you do. It can be as
simple as doing some walking lunges for 3 minutes up and down a
hallway, to running stairs in your office building, to running in
place while the water is boiling.
