So I'm in a band and we're about to leave for a 3 week tour. I've got
my pilates DVD, a voga DVD and a set of 10 lb dumbells (that I snuck
into the van). Lots of fruits and nuts for snacks. Gotta stay
focused and not let myself gain a hundred pounds for sitting on my ass
8 hours a day. AND there's going to be video cameras on us every step
of the way.
And so the challenge begins!
