one egg/1 egg white scrambled with whole wheat toast and low sugar
strawberry preserves
lean roast beef on 100 cal bread rounds with avocado, onion, tomato,
spinach, 1 apple
after my haircut, i was craving a sonic drink (love that ice) so i
went to get one and was soooooo tempted by the tots, but I didn't do
it. And on the way home, soooo tempted by Wendys, but kept driving.
When I got home I had a laughing cow light cheese wedge and kashi
crackers.
Dinner, made spaghetti squash with peas, spinach, tomato sauce,
mushrooms and low fat ricotta. it was GOOD! and john didn't believe me
when I told him it was squash instead of pasta. Had a 170 calorie cup
of B&J Chocolate fudge brownie Fro-Yo, and then before bed an
unsweetened glass of chocolate almond milk.
oh, and I'm getting up for a 9am hardcore class in the morning. And
you know how hard it is for me to workout before 11.
