I just took the quiz and the bonus round kicked my fluffy butt....

28/70... yikes!

also played volleyball last night, we lost :( but made it to 3 games!

Today's triumph!...

instead of getting the frozen cookie dough out of the office fridge, i
instead reached for the grapes to eat for a snack today. i know i
won't get any points for that, but just wanted to share. haha. = )

THIS WEEKEND:

Took a 30 min bike ride on Saturday.

Did 4 hours of hard yard work on Sunday, which made me super sore in
the arms! annnd I got a tan. :)

and i did volleyball (3 games, but we lost 1-3) on Monday.

Okay doing some catch up on here for my work outs....


Wed., 4/14 - Work out with D
Thurs., 4/15 - Walked around tradeshow / Chicago / 20 min walk to
dinner and 20 min walk back from dinner
Fri., 4/16 - walked ALL DAY! around tradeshow floor in chicago
Sat., 4/17 - walked around downtown chicago
Sun., 4/18 - walked with kathy around lake michigan - 45 mins.
Sun., 4/18 - evening brisk walk with rustan 30 mins, up and down hills
Mon., 4/19 - work out with D - 45 mins
Mon., 4/19 - night - an hour brisk walk with rustan up and down
different hills
tues., 4/20 - volleyball game!

whew! i'm getting rid of fluffiness --- i can feel it!!
