Dearest Ladies:As many of you may know, I am going to be having a baby. This means that I have to make accomodations for your fitness while I am out of commission for a bit. Lucky for you, there are some options:
Option A: We can work together to find a trainer at Pinnacle that suits your needs and your schedule. This option is best for those who require the routine of coming to the gym and having workouts set for them. I will be working directly with all of your surrogates to be sure that I approve their torture, and/or directly giving them workouts to keep you on track with your current goals. You will be responsible for paying them directly and at their specific rates, so keep in mind that some of the newer trainers have lower hourlies than some of the veterans. If you are interested in this option, please send me an email with FIND ME A TRAINER in the subject line. Let me know if you are particularly interested in one of the people you've met, want male v. female, are concerned about price, etc.Option B: For those who tend to be more self-motivated and want to try working out on their own during my time away, I will be available to send customized workouts to you. I will be available by email and phone for support/questions, and each workout will be designed to keep you on track with your current fitness level and goals. These will be sent on a weekly basis, and will be $10 each. So, if you want to try it for 6 weeks, it will be $60. Get the gist? You give me a list of your available equipment and how many days (realistically) and how much time you'll dedicate to your workouts. Then you'll get the program straight from me. I will also offer nutrition plans/diets for anyone who needs them, and recipes for an additional $10 per week. It will be just like having me there, only you won't get to see my beautiful face or hear me tell you to go lower, faster, or to keep your abs in. Put MAKE ME A PLAN in the subject line of your return email if you'd like to try this option.Option C; (Not recommended) Time off. It will be very disappointing if you stop training altogether, but this may be the only option for some of you. Specifically if you a) cannot handle the thought of being away from me, b) have been wanting to leave for some time now but didn't have the heart, or c) have self-destructive tendencies. Have I made you feel bad enough to not pick this option? I jest. Put TIME OFF in the subject line if this is right for you, and I will contact you when I get back to the gym to see if I can bring you back to the fold.Note about classes: I am trying to find someone that would be suitable/able to take over Saturday morning's classes. Or bring it up at our next session.I want to make this as smooth a transition as possible for all of you. I, on the other hand, will be crying myself to sleep when I have to leave you. Just saying. You're my family, my best friends, my sisters. I will miss you all more than I can ever say. But, I WILL BE BACK! And I once I am able, I will be organizing group workouts that you can attend prior to me taking on individual sessions. AND you'll be welcome anytime to visit and see the baby.
