Here we are. It's the first week of May, and the last week of our
Challenge.
Since measurements are next week, I encourage all of you to really
stick to it for the next few days, get as many points as you can, and
adhere to your diet plans to make sure that your measurements show all
the effort that you've been putting in.
When I started this Challenge, I decided to use the points system to
bring about a bit more of the competition aspect, but I wonder if it
has become too tedious, or if you are feeling like there is already a
clear winner so you don't need to try. I want you to remember that THE
NUMBERS ARE WHAT WILL DECIDE THE COMPETITION so measurement changes
will be the thing that gets you the most points in the end.
There are many of you who have really used this time to change your
approach to your health and fitness, and you've really made some great
strides. I commend all of you for your hard work and dedication in the
gym, whether or not you've been posting to the forum.
For the rest of this week, your only homework is to gather every bit
of will power within you and really adhere to what you know you're
supposed to be doing. Not for measurement day, but for yourselves.
I love you all, so much. You're so inspiring, and make me the luckiest
trainer in the whole world.
