Hi all,
Many people have offered to make cake, and I have just emailed people individually to confirm details etc. If you haven't got an email from me and would like to make cake please could youl let me know - providing details of:
a) cake type and number of portions
b) whether you are able to bring the cake(s) along to the event, or need them to be collected.
Bearing in mind that we need cake for helpers and entertainers etc - we may still need more cakes yet - so far we have about 300 portions promised - so if you'd like to get baking, feel free to volunteer!!!
