Here's my notes from this evening's meeting:

Printed out tickets x 100 - Freya
Book of raffle tickets - Emilia
Pen and paper - Everyone please bring a little
Moneyboxes/ moneybelts - Jackie
Coloured card and pens to label the cakes - Emilia
Float (£20 x 2) - Laura
Napkins, doilies, tablecloths, general decorations - Jackie
Bunting and banners - Katy
Tea and milk - Laura to collect from Infinity foods
Extra teabags - Hannah
Cafetieres/ teapots - Freya and Laura
Face paints - Laura
Aprons - Laura and Freya
Poppy Project flyers - Freya

I can print a few pages of flyers, i guess it'd be great if everyone can. My sister said she can print some tomorrow if it's looking like we're short... who else is able to bring some?

I've just tried printing it - doing multiple sheets to one A4 page - so that I can cut them and have A5 or A6 fliers - but I can't seem to do it as the pdf I have only has one page. Is is possible for someone to email me a pdf document with 4 A4 pages with the poster on each - I hope this makes sense...

Hello all,
I've just photocopied a stack. And tickets too. Now just the cutting up to do...
Hannah - i could only fit 2 flyers to a sheet in the end, I think the only way to get them to print that way would be with photoshop. I'm sorry I don't have it. X
