Removing old Online Lab from the FEMhub package

Hi,

  the old FEMhub Online Lab became terribly obsolete

and in fact useless, see the attached screenshot

and compare to how the Online Lab looks today

(nclab.com). Since all FEMhub packages are available 

in NClab anyway, I propose that the old Online Lab 

be removed from FEMhub. From now on, the FEMhub 

package should be just a desktop application.

Let me know if you have any concerns about this.
