Error in Online Lab

Hi,

  while showing the Online Lab today at a high school, 

I could not run any worksheets because of the error

"Engine associated with this worksheet was terminated".

My guess is that this might be due to the school's 

firewall. Is there anything we can do to prevent this, 

or what should the school do to be able to run the 

Online Lab?

No, I doesn't work for me either. I have to look into logs to say more.
