You might want to check if your banks ATM is functioning. For
example, it looks like both my banks are having a bad day:

Most ATM's have a remote admin feature, which allows for remote
reboots into safe mode, BIOS updates, hardware diagnostics,
restores from backups, etc. However, if your bank doesn't have a
remote admin feature, it may be a while before someone visits the
ATM with a fix. Refilling a remote ATM with cash is done by a
"custodian" company. Most ATM's are owned, managed and serviced
by various 3rd party ATM service companies and not by the bank. I
can only hope they have remote management features working and
enabled or it will take a very long time to visit each ATM and fix
the problem.
