We recently returned from a 4 week trip in our RoadTrek. Zigzagged through Oregon, Washington, Idaho and Vancouver, Canada. Total of 3,000 miles. Front brakes failed, costing $950. The trip was to see relatives and friends, not national parks, etc.
Things are going well here. I am still walking and talking unlike so many friends.

How do you like life in Oregon by now? Many people in California are moving there and to Idaho.

How is life there? Used your van much yet?

Well, heck, next time you're in the area you outta stop by. We have plenty of room.

We haven't gone anywhere other than local trips around the place. Too much going on. Doing projects around the house and spending time with the kidlets has kept us plenty busy. Have been fighting moles and mice, getting the fiber internet cable installed correctly, making electrical modifications, assembling and using the grill and griddle, ... You get the idea.

Glad you're still mobile. Just don't stop, you might freeze up that way... ;-)

You probably hit the tail end of the “seller’s market” about right, from what I’ve been reading.  The real estate market is slowing, although it’s not really showing in prices yet.
