The Higher Education Multicultural Scholars Program (MSP) provides scholarships to support recruiting, engaging, retaining, mentoring and training committed multicultural scholars, resulting in either baccalaureate degrees within the food, agricultural, natural resource and human sciences disciplines or Doctor of Veterinary Medicine degrees.
