The job announcement should appear on usajobs.gov on Monday.

During the first year of the program, associates (regardless of their experience) earn a salary and benefits equivalent to a GS-07, step 1, federal employee (including geographic cost of living adjustments). Based on performance during Year 1 of PHAP, associates are eligible to earn a salary equivalent to a GS-09, step 1, during Year 2 of PHAP; and then eligible for noncompetitive conversion to a GS-11 after the program. Salaries are non-negotiable.

For people who have completed an associate's, bachelor's, master's, professional, doctorate, vocational, or technical degree, or a certificate from a qualifying educational institution or a qualifying career or technical education program (including Peace Corps, AmeriCorps, Job Corps, and Registered Apprenticeships) within the past two years.

Currently enrolled students must graduate by July 1 of the application year to be eligible.
