Is this a brand new account? There is some delay for fraud prevention before you can deploy services into your account. It is usually only a few hours and they will contact you if there are questions.

You can retry the same payment method by re-entering your existing account information, or you can try a different payment option. Netflix will also automatically retry failed payments periodically over the course of your billing cycle to help you get back to enjoying the service.
If you have a standalone password with Zoom (if your account is not connected to organization, like with SSO) and if this event is still inexplicable, I would recommend changing your Zoom password at and then also click "Sign Me Out From All Devices" at that same page.
With Etsy payments funds do not go to "your" Paypal account.
Funds from Etsy goes to your payment account under finances then Etsy transfers the money to your bank.
That is why Etsy needs your bank routing/account #'s.
You contact Etsy through the help pages.
Thank you Yes * I have input the test deposit amount in the etsy payments section, I even redid it a couple times with different accounts to see if it would jump start the process. *I am operating as an individual so don't need to add tax information I believe. *Have uploaded my drivers licence which I assume verifies your address. I will email them, up until now I didn't dig deep enough in the help to find where to email them - something I have been trying to do!! Thought it was impossible until now.
@RebeccaFosterDesign you have to add a bank account, verify that and your ID. Depending on where you are, there might be other requirements. This is from the handbook ... -us/articles/360002120927?segment=selling
Thanks @AnniebelloPaper for this. Yes, I have followed all of this guidance, everything is verified. Through a process of elimination - as I'm still suspended - it might be because my Paypal account is still stuck on Standalone not Integrated. Do you know how I could get it switched over please?
About a year ago, my client added me as a Guest in their Active Directory. I did not have an active directory myself. I got the notice from Microsoft in an invite email to get started, which created an account to get access to their Azure Portal and DevOps. I've been logged in for a year, but was trying test a feature which required me to login to DevOps during the process. I tried what I thought was my password, but that didn't work. No problem, I'll just click on the reset password feature. That ended up informing me that "password reset isn't properly set up for your organization." Knowing who setup my account up, I ask them to reset my password. The response was we do not have control to reset your password because you're a guest.
Through several discussions, and seeing what was available to them, and how a Guest was set up, it was suggested to setup an account within Microsoft for the email. I did that, and when I went back to try and login to their portal, I was presented with two options after I entered my email address. There was a work account and a personal account. Both with the same email address. The work account indicated it was created by "your IT department". Which we did not create this, it was a result of the client adding us as a guest, then finishing the process to gain access. So I can only assume, either an active directory was created for my domain, or I was added to a generic active directory.
If you still can't sign in, try creating a new local administrator account, sign in to that new account, then follow the steps in Fix a corrupted user profile to copy your personal data from the old profile into the newly created one.
So, to be a little descriptive, the error I'm getting is "We can't sign you in with this credential because your domain isn't available. Make sure your device is connected to your organization's network and try again. If you previously signed in on this device with another credential, you can sign in with that credential"
@ATTHelp -- When I said "Move" earlier, I meant "Link" as you used it. I have attempted the link process, and at least 4 agents have attempted it, but because of the "Legacy Plan" issues, nobody has had any success. So, I am unable to log into my DirecTV from either site, I cannot routinely view my account or change my payment method, AND I am unable to access HBOMax in ANY WAY from ANY device (other than a couple dozen shows i can get from "Search"ing on the set top box -- there is no HBO Max App.)
Take steps to unsuspend your account. If you log in and see prompts that ask you to provide your phone number or confirm your email address, follow the instructions to get your account unsuspended.
Are you seeing a message that your account is locked? Your account may also be temporarily disabled in response to reports of spammy or abusive behavior. For example, you may be prevented from posting from your account for a specific period of time or you may be asked to verify certain information about yourself before proceeding. Get help unlocking your account.
File an appeal and we may be able to unsuspend your account. If you are unable to unsuspend your own account using the instructions above and you think that we made a mistake suspending or locking your account, you can appeal. First, log in to the account that is suspended. Then, open a new browser tab and file an appeal.
Issue: When you try to create an AWS Cloud9 development environment, a message appears with the phrase "We are unable to create EC2 instances in your account during account verification and activation."
Solution: Try creating the environment again later. If you're still receiving this message after 24 hours, contact support. Besides this, it's important to know that, even when an attempt to create an environment fails, AWS CloudFormation creates a related stack in your account. These stacks count towards the stack creation quota for your account. To avoid exhausting the stack creation quota, you can delete these failed stacks. For more information, see Deleting a Stack on the AWS CloudFormation Console in the AWS CloudFormation User Guide.
Recommended solutions: Create an AWS Cloud9 service-linked role in your AWS account. You can do so by running the following command in the AWS Command Line Interface (AWS CLI) or the AWS CloudShell.
Make sure the IAM user that's signed in to the AWS Cloud9 console has the required AWS access permissions to open the environment. Then, try opening the environment again. For more information see the following, or check with your AWS account administrator:
Recommended solution: With an EC2-Classic account, you must select a VPC and subnet when creating an EC2 environment. On the Configure settings page, in the Network settings (advanced) section, select the VPC and subnet that you can launch your EC2 instance into.
Issue: When you attempt to preview an application or a file, a notice is displayed with the following message: "Preview functionality is disabled because your browser has third-party cookies disabled."
Possible causes: Suppose that your AWS Cloud9 environment uses certain EC2 instance types (for example, t3.small or m5.large). Then, a debug error might occur when you try to run and debug a C++ project using the IDE's built-in runner. This error can happen because the version of the gdb (the GNU Project Debugger) that's pre-installed for your environment doesn't work on certain processor platforms. You might see the following error code.
Health Savings Accounts (HSAs) are accounts for individuals with high-deductible health plans (HDHPs). Funds contributed to an HSA are not taxed when put into the HSA or when taken out, as long as they are used to pay for qualified medical expenses. Your employer may oversee your HSA, or you may have an individual HSA that is overseen by a bank, credit union, or insurance company.
If you enroll in Medicare Part A and/or B, you can no longer contribute pre-tax dollars to your HSA. This is because to contribute pre-tax dollars to an HSA you cannot have any health insurance other than an HDHP. The month your Medicare begins, your account overseer should change your contribution to your HSA to zero dollars per month. However, you may continue to withdraw money from your HSA after you enroll in Medicare to help pay for medical expenses, such as deductibles, premiums, copayments, and coinsurances. If you use the account for qualified medical expenses, its funds will continue to be tax-free.
Whether you should delay enrollment in Medicare so you can continue contributing to your HSA depends on your circumstances. If you work for an employer with fewer than 20 employees, you may need Medicare in order to have primary insurance, even though you will lose the tax advantages of your HSA. This is because health coverage from employers with fewer than 20 employees pays secondary to Medicare. If you work at this kind of employer and fail to enroll in Medicare, you may have little or no health coverage because your health plan does not have to pay until after Medicare pays. Health coverage from an employer with 20 or more employees pays primary to Medicare, so you may choose to delay Medicare enrollment if you work at this kind of employer and continue putting funds into your HSA.
If you choose to delay Medicare enrollment because you are still working and want to continue contributing to your HSA, you must also wait to collect Social Security retirement benefits. This is because most individuals who are collecting Social Security benefits when they become eligible for Medicare are automatically enrolled into Medicare Part A. You cannot decline Part A while collecting Social Security benefits. The takeaway here is that you should delay Social Security benefits and decline Part A if you wish to continue contributing funds to your HSA.
