Felix version 1.6.9.2 released

I've released version 1.6.9.2 of Felix.

This release includes some minor bug fixes.

* Bug Fix: Could not add two translations or glossary entries in a row from
the dialog.
* Bug Fix: Formatting penalty was calculated incorrectly.

Both of the bugs were regressions introduced in version 1.6.9, so if you are
using version 1.6.9 or greater I recommend upgrading.
