Ryan,

It seems I have come across a bug. (perhaps windows 7 related?).

When I add an entry that is quite short (up to 15 characters), Felix adds it to the memory as well as the glossary.  I then decide that I only want to keep that entry in the glossary, so I delete it from the Memory.  However, when I do this, Felix seems to be deleting it from the glossary aswell.  I noticed that my terms were not appearing as I translated, and after doing a few searches for terms I was certain had been added to the glossary, I realized they were being deleted together with the identical entry in the memory file.

Can this be rectified?

Thanks again.

alex

This is indeed a bug. Specifically, it's an experimental feature that I failed to remove from the public release.

It will be removed from version 1.5.1.
While we're on the topic, is there anyone who would find it useful to delete identical glossary entries when you delete a memory entry?

Regards,
Ryan

I could see cases where that would be quite useful indeed, but ideally
this would be something that can be set in an individual user's
preferences rather than the default behavior.

I can't imagine that it would affect my work very much either way since
very few of my TM entries go into my glossaries, but if I had to choose,
deleting identical entries would be my preference.
