Segment problem

I have a problem I cannot identify the source of.
At first I thought it was the file, but I have discovered it is general.
When I place the cursor next to the start of a sentence and then press
Alt-right arrow, nothing happens and Felix says "Action cancelled by user."
When I try to go the the Felix settings in Word, from the pull-down
menu., nothing happens. This is the first time that I have used 1.6.8.1,
so I am wondering if something is up in the installation.
I tried some older files with the same result. I have not made changes
to Word, so I am not sure what is going on.

Any pointers would be greatly appreciated.

I have not seen this issue. If others have seen it, please let me know, on the list or directly.

Charles, could you send me your log files after experiencing these issues?
