Thanks for the tip, but but that also involves repeatedly opening
the Felix command area.
In the demo, the icons for next segment, add, etc remain visible all
the time.
When I click on one, the area immediately disappears.
Is there some setting I can change?

I look forward to becoming more familiar with the shortcuts when
I get Felix working on my dual-monitor work system.
Most of the demos still use Office 2003.
Unfortunately (to some), the Office interface completely changed in version
2007 -- from the old menu/toolbar paradigm, and to a "ribbon" paradigm.
Microsoft assures us vehemently that this is better, and fails to provide a
setting to go back to the old interface for our own good; kind of software
tough love.
For Felix, this means that it now has to be on its own ribbon; either a new
Felix ribbon, or in the Add-Ins ribbon like now (this is the Microsoft
recommendation, btw).
If you really hate the new interface, there is an add-in that will simulate
it in 2007/2010, although I haven't tried it out and don't know if the Felix
menu/toolbar will appear properly.
