How to convert Felix TMs and Glossaries for use in OmegaT?

Hi Felix users. I'm looking at transitioning from Felix to OmegaT. I have many years of translation memories (.ftm format) and glossaries (.fgloss format) in Felix and I'd like to convert them for use in OmegaT. Anyone know how I can accomplish this?

I'm new to OmegaT and the manual doesn't seem so clear to me on this.
