I've just bought a new Win 7 x64 laptop with Office 2010. I've
installed the latest version of Felix, but am having trouble
installing the add-in for Word.
It isn't among the list of add-ins, and when I try to add
WordAssist.dll (as a COM add-in?), I get the message:
有効なOfficeアドインではありません
I've searched this list and the manual. but can't find any relevant info.
Any help would be much appreciated.

Are you using the 64-bit version of Office? Existing Office add-ins are not
compatible with the 64-bit version of office.
See this web page for details:
http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/ee681792.aspx
I've been working on a 64-bit build of the Office add-ins for this purpose,
but further work is needed.

Ryan

The link you provided suggests that both 32-bit and 64-bit versions of
Office are on the Office 2010 DVD, and also that the 32-bit version
installs by default, so I'm a little confused.
I loaded my DVD to check, but for some reason it's not reading. Maybe
I have to uninstall the current version beforehand. I'll try that
later.
If I can't install a 32-bit version, I guess I'll go back to my Office
2007 32-bit until you've added 64-bit support.
One thing's for sure: I need Felix more than I do Office 2010!
Cheers,
Jeremy

Just for the record, I uninstalled Office 2010, inserted the DVD, and
the 32-bit version was installed automatically. You need to go to the
64-bit folder to install the 64-bit version.
And having installed Office 2010 32-bit, Felix is right where it
should be. お騒がせしました!そしてありがとう!
