I saw an interesting idea on [http://lambda-the-
ultimate.org/node/2221#comment-31792 lambda the ultimate] where you import
a package from a URL instead of a a local path. If it's a remote URL, the
compiler would download it in the background automatically. I think we
could probably modify flx_pkgconfig to do this.
