Riga, Latvia: April 22 - 23, 2013
The Centre for Media Studies at SSE Riga
Welcome to an intensive two-day seminars on investigative reporting and journalistic ethics for professional journalists. The goals are to promote high professional standards and journalistic ethics and to offer inspiration. We aim to provide participants with a framework, the tools, and practice in their application that can be transferred to the work environment. The interactive format of the programme provides participants with opportunities to create a professional network of colleagues, both nationally and internationally. The seminars are in English.
The programme is organised by the Centre for Media Studies at the Stockholm School of Economics in Riga and has been generously sponsored by the Swedish ''Anne- Marie and Gustaf Ander Foundation''. Upon completion of the programme, participants receive certificates issued by the Centre for Media Studies at the Stockholm School of Economics in Riga.
Journalists can apply for a scholarship to cover the programme fee (the scholarship covers programme tuition, documentation, lunches, coffee, dinner, and hotel expenses). To apply for a scholarship, candidates should fill in the Scholarship Application form and submit it by April 9.
