Thanks for all your emails! 

1/ As we explained in our email last week we're submitting again 'Before Filming' for this May 1 round. 

We wanted to check with you if the following new dates for the seminar would fit you:

October 15-22.

If not please fell free to make other suggestions, but please make them within the month of October.

2/Regarding the International Network of NGOs for the Council of Europe:

We didn't get an answer from some of you yet, and one of you is an organisation who doesn't seem to fit all the criteria required for the Council of Europe. Given this situation and the shortage of time, we thought it would be more sensible to wait a little to create the network. There is another deadline for project presentation for the Council of Europe on October 1, so we shall continue to see what's the best way to go about it in order to do it right!

We still want to go ahead with it as we believe it's a great opportunity!! We'll keep you posted!

Dear all,

Sorry we haven't contacted you before but only today we got information from our NA about our project. We submitted 2 projects for the February 1 round and we got the other one (a youth exchange) but 'Before Filming', due to lack of budget, has been for the moment rejected. However, we've spoken to our NA and they said it was not due to a lack of quality or interest of the project, but just a question of budget for this round and the fact there were too many applicants from our region (14 applications and only 2 were greenlighted). They have recommended us to submit it again for this coming May 1 round.

We wanted to confirm with you all this would be ok and we will write you shortly with the possible new seminar dates.

However we now have a very URGENT question for all of you!!

We are now applying to the Council of Europe to broaden our possibilities and have found it would be great to do it as an INTERNATIONAL NETWORK OF NGOs, which opens the possibility to apply for a Work Plan for 2014 to include several different activities.

However the deadline for the whole application is April 10, and before that we have to be sure we are registered as an international network of NGOs, which we should do asap!!

For this reason we're asking you to please give us an answer by TOMORROW to know if you'd be interested in becoming part of this NETWORK,

If so, we'd need from you the following:

Are you an NGO?

Do you have Statutes? They might ask us for them.
