Thetime I spent researching was an affirmation of exactly what I had experienced with our first coop; coops that were readily available were too small, lacked functionality, were not sanitary, were not predator safe, were not weather resistant and were certainly not cute!! These truths became my personal motivation to design and build coops that answered each of these frustrations of chicken keepers everywhere! My goal was to enhance properties and enhance and simplify the chicken keeping experience which would ultimately lead to happier and healthier flocks for the long-term and I am proud to say that this goal is being accomplished one cutest coop at a time!

May is National Pet Month, and we're celebrating with a contest. Does your dog have an adorable floppy ear that just won't stay up? Do you have a lizard that makes a cute face, or a bird that loves to dance? Pop on over to our Facebook page starting April 29, 2024 and share your cutest pet pics in the comments of our Facebook post.

I'd like to hear your opinion: which survivor (legendaries like Maria included) do you find the cutest, and why? Of course, this will be subjective, so don't hold back ;) . Feel free to bear in mind any of the following: their voice, lobby animations, lore, visual appearance, the personality that oozes through their cosmetics, etc.

Yoichi is soooo adorable! His voice and the sounds he makes are just sooo cute. :D He's definitely one of the cutest survivors for me. The boy deserves more cosmetics too, hopefully he keeps getting them

Omg, I agree! This is one of the cutest, most precious cosmetics that's ever been released in this game. Claudette is cute and adorable already, but this outfit just makes me melt. Very good design, and it suits her too ?

Here at Outer Banks Coastal Life, we know that your pets are just as important as the rest of your family members. We also know that they are the best companions, the purest souls and the CUTEST faces! We want to see your pets and see if they have what it takes to be voted as one of the cutest pets in the OBX!

There will be three rounds of voting to determine the cutest pets. Vote tallies will be zeroed out after each round to ensure a level playing field at the start of each round. You can vote for free once each day from Thursday through Sunday during each voting round. Free votes are manually added to the leaderboard by 7:00PM each Monday. Or, you can buy votes for only $1 per vote on any day of each voting round. Paid votes will be automatically updated on the leaderboard immediately.

This photo fundraiser is a great way to celebrate your best friend while also supporting Humane Pennsylvania in Lancaster. A portion of the price of each $1 vote will go to Humane Pennsylvania in Lancaster to help fund their adoption centers, accredited non-profit veterinary hospitals, emergency animal rescue services, community pet assistance programs, and an animal-focused charitable foundation. Last year's calendar contest generated $13,835 for Humane Pennsylvania in Lancaster, and we raised $10,000 in 2022!

After the three rounds of voting, the twelve top vote-getting pets (using votes from final round) will be featured in a beautiful, glossy wall calendar. The pet with the highest number of votes in the 3rd round will also have their photo on the cover of the calendar!

The twelve winners have the option to sign up to have a FREE professional photo taken of their pet for the calendar.* Winners will receive a free copy of the calendar and a free digital copy of the photo. Calendars will also be available to purchase, with a portion of the proceeds going to Humane Pennsylvania in Lancaster. See our prizes.

*Professional pet photos will be scheduled on two days in October at Greenfield Corporate Center. If your pet is a winner but you cannot attend during the available dates/times, we will use the photo you submitted to the contest.

This little gnome is a smaller version of the free Gnome Quilt Block by Caroline at Sew Can She. Caroline has paired her gnomes with some tree blocks to make the cutest Gnome Forest Quilt!

What makes an animal cute? In a 2016 article published in "Trends in Cognitive Sciences," researchers found that cuteness plays an important role in the infant-caregiver relationship. The world's cutest animals have features that tug on their parents' heartstrings (and increase their brain activity).

With an average length of 22 to 25 inches (56 to 63 centimeters), these adorable animals are about the size of a domestic cat. Unlike cats, red pandas will stand on their hind legs when threatened, giving them a bear-like appearance.

Sadly, red pandas are endangered. "Grazing pressure and the unsustainable harvest of forest resources have placed tremendous pressure on red pandas," Saroj Shrestha, former program coordinator for the Red Panda Network in Nepal, told HowStuffWorks.

The African pygmy hedgehog (Atelerix albiventris), also known as the four-toed hedgehog, is the species most commonly kept as a pet. Native to central and eastern Africa, ole "four toes" is the smallest species of hedgehog, measuring just 7 to 9 inches (18 to 23 centimeters) long.

Don't think squirrels are cute? Wait until you see the Siberian flying squirrel (Pteromys volans). This little ball of gray-and-white fur has huge eyes, a tiny nose and mouth and chipmunk-like cheeks. (FYI: A chipmunk is a type of squirrel.)

Cats are so cute that humans have kept them as pets for thousands of years. When it comes to wild cats, many start out as adorable kittens, then grow into intimidatingly large adults. Some wild cats, however, stay small for life, keeping their cuteness factor.

Baby primates look more like baby humans than any other animal, so it makes sense that we'd find them adorable. The pygmy marmoset (genus Cebuella), also known as the pocket monkey, dwarf monkey or finger monkey, is an especially cute specimen.

Sea otters (Enhydra lutris nereis) might just be the world's cutest marine mammals. They're in the same family as weasels but live their entire lives in the Pacific Ocean. Their thick fur, fluffy paws and round, mischievous faces make sea otters some of the most adorable animals in the ocean.

The fennec fox (Vulpes zerda) is one particularly adorable species. This small fox uses its huge ears (about 6 inches or 15 centimeters long) to shed heat in the hot climates of North Africa and the Arabian Peninsula, where fennec foxes live.

Despite its enormous ears, the fennec fox is actually the smallest species of fox, clocking in at a body length of just 14 to 16 inches (36 to 41 centimeters) and weight of 3.3 pounds (1.5 kilograms), about the size of a small Chihuahua.

These adorable creatures are so cute, we humans decided that their common name should have the word "baby" in it. The bush baby (family Galagidae) is a small, fluffy primate found in the rainforests, savannas and shrublands of Sub-Saharan Africa.

I would say this young rat that took refuge in my boot was the cutest. Not much more to be said, since the story is in the observation notes, but it was an amazing (not to mention startling) experience. So glad I was quick-thinking enough to be able to get pictures!

Though deep into stereotypical baby-charismatic-megafauna territory, mine has to be a pair of snow leopard cubs. These two were hidden in a rocky nook underneath an overhanging shrub in a canyon bottom; I only noticed them because one chirruped at me as I walked by.
