Request limits - possible to whitelist my domain?

I use feedly to read RSS feeds but before I load them into feedly, many feeds pass through a personal server of mine to extract full text.  

According to my error logs, it seems like URLs may be getting frequently blocked due to some request limits at the feedburner end?  Unfortunately, I cannot control the refresh rate of feedly so it's possible the standard feedly refresh is hitting the FB servers too frequently. 

As most of those feeds go via my server, it will be refreshing the URLs from my server (rather than feedly.com) which may not be whitelisted at the feedburner end.

I can assure you I am the only entity that uses this domain as I am the only one with the appropriate key.  I can provide my domain via PM if useful to google.

Please can anyone help?
