HELP! Spam at bottom of Feedburner emails of my blog posts

Hi

Please can someone help?

I noticed this morning that at the bottom of the email of my blog post which my subscribers receive that there is the following spam:

Offering collateral for any savings or filling out your Erectile Dysfunction Viagra Erectile Dysfunction Viagra attention to locate a book for use.No scanners or disability money troubles at http://buy9levitra.com/ http://buy9levitra.com/ their bad and paystubs.

Please can someone advise me as to how I can ensure that this doesn't appear again?

Without knowing your original feed and feedburner feed URLs, quite impossible to try to help, 

other than making wild guesses.

Searching for 'flowerona.com viagra' shows that the wordpress installation on the site is 

clearly infected. Probably has been for quite some time before having been updated 

to Wordpress 3.5.1 (which might've fixed certain holes to prevent new infections, but would do nothing to remove existing ones)
