Feedburner hasn't updated feed for two weeks

My Feedburner feed hasn't updated since March 30th. Pinging the feed and re-synching doesn't seem to fix things, which are the only options given for troubleshooting this issue. At this point, I need an "explain it to me like I'm 5" level explanation as to what's wrong and how to fix it. If it wouldn't entail losing my subscribers, I'd seriously consider deleting the feed and restarting it.
