feedproxy.google.com links not working?

My feedburner converts links into addresses like:
http://feedproxy.google.com/~r/ilriclippings/~3/-ESm_XRvvSg/
this is giving us an error: "Firefox can't find the server at
feedproxy.google.com."
Help please...

URL is valid. May be a temporayr local DNS problem, or you may be
being blocked a security app, your organization's firewall or your
govenment depending on where you are.
