"The Feed Does Not Gave Subscriptions By Email Enabled" message when people fill out the form on Website

I added a Widget to my website at hallowedharmony.com that allows visitors to subscribe to an email list and "The Feed Does Not Gave Subscriptions By Email Enabled" message comes up when they try to enroll. I went to my feeds and thought I endabled it and it's checked. I actually had it working for the test I did and it subscribed me but is no longer working. Does anyone know what might be the problem. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

There's no Feedburner URI specified in the form you're using.
