Feed has been hacked

Hi,

One of my feeds has junk inserted into a post. It is an old post. The
post on the site is fine, but the feed itself is hacked. How did this
happen??

The post is -

This post was just done by importing the Tatvam feed...

Hopefully you can see it. How'd it get in there? Just afraid that
someone hacked it :(
