Member unable to activate subscription

Hi Brian,

One of my visitors just subscribed to my mailing list, but didn't
receive the activation code strangely (not in spam folders either).

So I deleted her email from the subscriber list (it was unverified),
then added it manually. This meant a new activation code was sent to
her.

She received this activation email this time round, clicked on the
link, but got an error from the site - "sorry we couldn't find that
account".

Her email is barbzuccarello [at] yahoo.com on my account. If you could
check and let me know what's going wrong, that'll be most helpful.

Hi Celes,

I've tested it and it's working. It's possible that her email program
botched the link and wrapped it down to the next line so that it did
not contain the full code on the end when she clicked it.

Unfortunately a small number of users experience problems like this
when using any sort of activation link on the web. It's always
possible of course that it is something more serious, so feel free to
test on your own too. Hope it help!
