Unhappy with service so far, problem please help ASAP

I was trying to transition my website from Feedburner to Feedmailpro.
Last week my newsletter was sent to 103 people of 112 importing.
Today it was sent to ONLY 6 PEOPLE. What is going on? I am wondering
if I should change back to Feedburner as soon as possible. This is
totally unacceptable.

I need the newsletter sent to the remainder of the list today.

Hi,

Sorry for the trouble. The import may have failed (if so you should
have received a notice about it). But it could be something else. I
can look into it for you. What is your feed id or blog url?

Oddly, the newsletter was supposed to go out at 6am.  It did to 6 people.  Then at about 7:15am it went out to 110 people.  Is that normal or just because I'm new?  But it did go out in the end.

Hi,

Interesting and apologies for the confusion. It is most likely just
going through the normal import process where it starts with your
regular subscribers (I'm assuming these are the 6) and then does a
test email on your import list. You may have already seen this but
there are some more details here:

It can be confusing how it does it in stages though. I'd expect the
subscriber count to continue to grow as is progresses and completes
the import process. Hope it helps!
