504 Timeout

Hello...my first post...I'm considering Feedmailpro but I have some
concerns. I saw someone posted about experiencing a 504 timeout
issue...interestingly enough I experienced the same thing when trying
to access the Feedmailpro.com website. (It was on Friday May 28th)

I 've so so much positive stuff about them and wanted to show some a
client. I was pretty embarrassed...we tried several time to reach the
site but could not. I tried off and on for a couple of hours.
Finally gave up.


But it was reachable the next day. Unfortunately my client was a
little freaked out and has opted not to go with FeedmailPro.com

I'll have to give it further consideration.

Hi Books4Me. Thanks for the feedback. Someone else reported seeing
this error on Friday the 28th as well. Our host didn't indicate any
down time during this period and it appeared to resolve on it's own.
We will be increasing the RAM in the servers to ensure they don't max
out again. Apologies for the trouble and thanks for writing to let us
know about this issue. As the service has become more popular we've
experienced a few growing pains.

Thanks so much for your reply. I do understand about growth. I've
decided to give Feedmailpro a try.
